Well, here we are: at an arbitrary number that ends with two zeros. 400 posts young, TRP has been on something of a summer hiatus. Not that we haven't had our good weeks, but for the most part we've been busy working, reading, burning, working, and pumping them jams. Meanwhile, we have so much mail coming in I'm two weeks backlogged in the slush. So, we've added two new writers to help pick up for this slack. Doctor Cuts has been dropping bombs like enola gay and seems as fond of Carl Sagan as I am of The Bob Saget, which is funny to me for some reason...

I've got a solid assortment of new tracks that I have been sitting on all week, and my junk is long past chafing, so its time to do some of that clippin and cleanin!
The new Boys Noize 12" & Down is nice, the A-side reminds me of Airbus Baby, which would be cool except everything on Kitsune/Institubes/Ed Banger has been reminding of fucking Airbus Baby! Guns & Bombs at Hiro last night was sickie but I left ready to go no-rave my way into a quieter corner of hell. Isn't that robot rock shtick finally getting tired? The bonus track shows more diversity, an interesting NRG sort of tune that is hard to finger down, with blippy highs but a scorching Mongoloids style cymbal rip.
